We use an AI-powered assistant ("Isla") to help handle initial enquiries. Isla may respond to your messages automatically to collect information about your window film requirements. Any conversation handled by Isla is:

• Stored securely within our CRM system
• Reviewed by our team as needed
• Used only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and improving our service

By messaging us on Instagram or Facebook, you acknowledge that your messages may be processed by our automated systems and AI assistant. You may request that a human team member handle your enquiry at any time by stating this in your message.

Our use of the Instagram and Facebook messaging APIs is governed by Meta's Platform Terms. We only access the messaging data necessary to respond to your enquiry.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Third-party suppliers who assist us in operating our business (e.g. web hosting, CRM software, payment processing), who are bound by confidentiality obligations
